Do you know where your food comes from? We know where ours comes from, and we know the people who grow it. One of the goals of our Little Falls Indoors Farmers Market is to provide that information to our customers and help strengthen the bonds between the farmer and the consumer. We want to make the route from the farm to the table more transparent, and thus more trustworthy! Most of our foods come from a 25 mile radius, but some come from greater distances because they are not produced nearby.
Snow or shine, you can shop for natural and locally-grown produce, beef and other products, as well as crafts, locally-made holiday greenery, swags and wreaths, at our Indoor Farmers Market, on Saturday, December 10th, from 9am to 4pm at the spacious and convenient Little Falls Travel Lodge. Local farmers will offer produce, honey, free-range eggs, grass-fed beef, salsa, and home-baked goodies!
Be sure to visit our Artisans Fair, on Saturday, December 9th, from 9am to 4pm at the beautiful and spacious TraveLodge in Little Falls. More than twenty-five vendors are participating this year, including local artisans and craftspeople offering beautiful artistic and hand-made items that make perfect gifts or holiday accents for your home!
The Mohawk Valley, and particularly the Little Falls area, is rich with artistic talent, but for many years, our vibrant cultural scene has not included a regular winter venue where artisans and artists could bring their wares to market. The purpose of The Little Falls Artisans' Fair is to highlight a wide array of Fine Artists and Skilled Artisans, and bring their wares to market in a venue that is fun and convenient for consumers. In addition to booths displaying items for sale, we offer you the opportunity to enjoy live music and demonstrations.
Our product range varies from year to year, and may include, paintings, prints, hats, leadlight, sculpture, folk-art, giftware, jewelry, flax weaving, knitwear, candles, beauty products and soaps, garden art, photography, garden furniture, visiting national and international artisans, interesting collectibles (quality bric-a-brac), fresh coffee, gourmet and international foods, specialty wines and specialty plants - and much more!
Our goal, as always, is to produce a top tier event that is profitable, enjoyable for the artists, and exciting for the visitors; a place where each artist is made to feel at home and will look forward to coming back each year. We want this to be the one event each year that you will put on your calendar in ink rather than pencil.
Sorry! All of our tables are sold!
